Our Opioid Addiction Treatment Programs

Suboxone or Sublocade Treatment
At Oak Ridge, we provide both Suboxone® (a daily buprenorphine/naloxone formulation) and Sublocade® (a monthly injectable buprenorphine) to support stabilization. Whether you choose daily dosing or monthly injections, these medications ease withdrawal and curb cravings, creating space to focus on recovery rather than survival..Outpatient (OP) Treatment
Our outpatient model is designed for life—instead of removing you from it. You continue living at home while attending regularly scheduled visits for medication management, individual therapy, and check-ins with your care team. This flexibility helps you maintain work, school, and family responsibilities.Telehealth Services
To reduce barriers like distance or transportation, Oak Ridge offers telehealth visits when clinically appropriate. These remote sessions—such as follow-up check-ins or therapy appointments—help sustain continuity of care even when in-person visits are challenging.

Fentanyl
Fentanyl is extremely potent and a major contributor to overdose risk. Our program uses medically supervised stabilization through buprenorphine-based treatment to safely reduce dependence and set the stage for therapy.Heroin
